Your right of withdrawal
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you received your order.
After submitting the request:
- you will receive automatic confirmation by email;
- you must return the products within a maximum of 14 days;
- the refund will be processed after receipt of the products or proof of shipment.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
How does it work?
1. Identify the order
Enter the order number and the email used for the purchase.
2. Confirm the request
Click "Exercise right of withdrawal" and confirm the operation.
3. Receive confirmation
We will immediately send a confirmation by email.
4. Return the order
After the request, you have 14 days to ship the products for return.
5. Receive the refund
The refund will be processed within the legal timeframe, using the same payment method (except for payments made via Multibanco reference, in which case you will be asked to provide your IBAN).
